My name is Elizabeth Overcast, President of Elizabeth Overcast Inc.

Currently working on my fifteenth year as a location scout and manager in the Tampa Bay/ St. Petersburg area , for the film and entertainment industry.

My expertise is to find ideal venues and locations for commercials, still photography and films. I handle all logistics and scout / manage the entire region.
